In BSNL bill desk online payment you have to follow three steps.

1. In first step you have to enter your 10 digit mobile number or telephone number with std code.
2. After that verify your account details and enter the amount you wish to pay.
3. And then select the payment option.This is a limited payment services option. For unlimited payment services you have to register and use the payment service under my account option.
